Thank you for visiting our Cookie Diet website today. We hope you join the program and start losing weight.
If you’re 5.9 and 101.4 lbs, you are already underweight, so you don’t need to be on a diet to try to lose weight. You still can eat healthy foods (whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean proteins and dairy), but I recommend increasing your daily calories to at least 1200.
I think the second diet is better for you because it seems to have a few more calories. Trust me – you are not overweight. Please refer to the attached BMI chart, which is what doctors use, and it will show that you are underweight, which can lead to:
* Compromised immune function
* Respiratory disease
* Digestive disease
* Cancer
* Osteoporosis
* Increased risk of falls and fractures
The lowest recommended weight for you is 125 lbs.
