I think the second diet is better for you because it seems to have a few more calories.  Trust me - you are not overweight.  Please refer to the attached BMI chart, which is what doctors use, and it will show that you are underweight, which can lead to:
    * Compromised immune function
    * Respiratory disease
    * Digestive disease
    * Cancer
    * Osteoporosis
    * Increased risk of falls and fractures

The lowest recommended weight for you is 125 lbs.</description>
