I am a college student..i walk around campus a lot. and i dont sit a lot n laze around except at night. i try to stay on my feet as much as possible. but dont find time or the courage to workout at the gym infront of a lot of people. i eat salads for lunch n dinner along with a lil chicken/rice with chinese stir fry. breakfast…i usually wake up late so i just have a banana. but if i wake up early, i have cereal with nuts n skimmed milk. my only addiction is cookies (i do try to resist them often)…and im physically weak. not much energy in me…but i wanna lose weight! im around 145 lbs, height-5’5". i have really fat upper arms (my main worry) because they are not in proportion to the size of my rest of the body.. it makes me look heavier than i am. Please help people! Thanks!
