Will I lose weight if I still eat a some junk?
Cookie Diet January 1st, 2010So im 14, 5’7 125. Im trying to lose a little weight and tone up.
I use to eat what ever I wanted, didnt think about calories or gaining weight.
Now I eat alot healther,
yougert& fruit for breakfast
chicken rap for lunch
Stir fry ( vegies & chicken)
More fruit or veggies for snacks
Thats how I eat most days. Before I started eating better I would of eaten something more like this
Big bowl of cereal
Hot dog, chili
a big portion of what ever my parents made for dinner
Junk for snacks
I also use to never work out
Now I have more own workout routine I do ever night for about 30 minutes
So with it being the holiday season and all, are house is filed with yummy peacan rolls and cookies.
Every day I find my self eating a cookie, or a pice of a pecan roll.
So even with my added sweet food, can I still lose weight?

Sure, just make sure that you allow for this in your diet and exercise routine.
If you eat more bad stuff, make sure you compensate for it by maybe doing a couple extra laps, spending more time in the gym or simply not eating as much as you normally would.
There’s nothing wrong with enjoying yourself over the holidays provided you don’t overdo it. Just keep things in moderation and you should be fine.
