-If I start running on my treadmill one hour a day. (In 2, 30 minute intervals)
-Drink 10 8oz. cups of water
-Eat no candy, sugary foods, no soda, no chips, cookies, etc…

my only weakness is that I love grinders.. but I figure Subway’s is healthy right? (with mustard?)

Will this work!? .. If not, what else do yall suggest?!?!

Also, one more thing… what’s better for losing weight.. A treadmill, recumbent exercise bike, or elliptical trainer.!?.
