I’m 5’5 and I weigh just 91 lbs. I REALLY need to gain some weight. Will this diet help?

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, I glass apple juice
Snack: 1 cinnamon bun, 1 blueberry muffin
Lunch: 1 bowl of oatmeal
Snack: 1 cereal bar
Dinner: chicken filet with rice
Snack: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie
