So my best guy friend eats like nothing, but when he does eat, it’s unhealthy food. Like at lunch, he would eat maybe a chocolate chip cookie and a Snapple. He also does no sports and does not exercise. Yet he is only 110 pounds. I, on the other hand, eat more, but healthier. I also run for about 30 minutes a day.And then at night, I do crunches and leg lifts for 30 minutes. Yet I am 120 pounds! How does this work? Would I Lose more weight if I do what he does?
