Would i lose weight if i ate mostly chocolate all day and then half of my dinner?

Like today i have had a bag of Maltesers 2 small chocolate cookies and a frys peperment barss and then for dinner i just had some mash and half a sasuage and i have done 2 hours and 45 mins of high exersize will i lose weight? Cos i just wanna main tain my weight but will this make me lose weight?
PLEASE HELP x
