Does this sound like a healthy day’s diet if I’m trying to lose weight.

8 AM- Luna Nutrition Bar (180 calories)
11 AM- Carrot Sticks (35 calories)
12 30 PM- Amy’s Organic Frozen Dinner (250 calories)
3 PM- small apple (70 calories)
10 almonds (65 calories
6:30 PM- whole grain flat bread 100 calories
small bowl of lentil soup 150 calories
side mixed green salad 50 calories
9 PM- half a peanut butter cookie (100 calories)

(30 minutes of moderate-fast bike riding)
(15 minute walk to take the dog out)

Eating a diet like this, about how much do you think I can lose in a week?

Additional question, has anybody gone a day or two where they ate nothing. Like a short body detox, only drinking fluids and sometimes vegetables and fruit? If so, what happened and did you lose weight?
i definitely did not want to eat that cookie. but it is so hard in the night when you have cravings and you’ve gone the whole day eating healthy. any suggestions?

also, i’m a vegetarian, that is why there is no lean meat in my diet. i tried other forms of getting protein like almonds, lentil soup, 1/2 peanut butter cookie (all natural organic cookie), and the lean cuisine
