* Bend down on to your knees and position your in a pushup manner. Move your thumbs and place them about 6inches from each other. When your are ready, do as many pushups as you can. Take a break for about 45 seconds when you’ve done as many pushups as you and then start all over again. Do this 3 times a week. Now if you want a challenge, put your hands together in a diamond shape and start doing those. Putting your index fingers and thumb together creates diamond push ups when you’re ready to go forward.

* Resistance curls are also good arm exercises for women as weight’s are not necessary. First, move one arm towards your side and then move your other arm on top of it. Move your arm by your side upwards using your other arm on top as weight. This forces one arm to act as a resistance weight as the other arm moves upwards.

*  A pool can help you proceed to swim as well. Swimming is great for your arms as the water provides resistance as you stroke through.

* Grab some hand weights and do shoulder presses or other arm exercises. Get started by pushing the weight upwards and then dropping them back slowly to your shoulders and repeat.

* You can also use hand pushes that use your triceps. To do so, press your hands together and then push hard. Place your hands at shoulder height before you begin and then push hard.

* Arm circles are also very efficient as it forces your upper arms to do small and large circles. Finish these circles to complete the exerices.
