Hello Every One,

               I just wanted to set this site up for all those who want to lose weight.  I have struggled with my weight my whole life and I have found a few tips and ideas that have worked for me. Don’t get me wrong we are all different and require different programs that’s why I have dedicated my self to finding as many programs as I can so that everyone has options and can find one that works for you.  I am sure you will not be disappointed.  In the mean time I will be adding a much information that I can and any new programs that I find that work and post them up here for everyone to try.

These my tips on losing weight this is a list of things that work for me. As I find more programs that work for me I will add them to this site so that you all can check them out!

  • Eating 4 or 5 small meals instead of three large meals
  • My wife dances while she does chores
  • Walking faster at work
  • Taking a walk in the morning before I do anything else ( this is my number one favorite and I have found it works best for me)
  • Stay away from energy drinks they are packed with unwanted sugar and empty calories
  • I make my lunch for work the day before because I have found if I make it in the morning I tend to just put a bunch of crap in it because I am in a hurry.  If I make it the day before I am more likely to think about what I am putting in it.
  • Taking a walk to our favorite dining spot.We all get our heart rates up and start to burn calories before we even eat.  Then we have to walk back and burn even more calories.  I love this one
  • Standing at the doctor’s office I have knee problems so I am always at the doctor’s office but I burn an extra 30 calories just by standing.
  • DO NOT go to the grocery store hungry.  I tend to buy more junk food just cause I am hungry.
